Shelling in the center of the Russian border city of Belgorod killed 14 people, including two children, and injured 108 others Saturday, Russia’s Emergency Situations Ministry said.Russian officials accused Kyiv of carrying out the attack, which took place the day after an 18-hour aerial bombardment across Ukraine killed at least 39 civilians.Images of Belgorod on social media showed burning cars and plumes of black smoke rising among damaged buildings as air raid sirens sounded. INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indianapolis Colts tight end Drew Ogletree was arrested Friday on domestic violence charges after he allegedly “body slammed” a female victim earlier in the week, according to court records.The 25-year-old Ogletree was charged with domestic battery committed in the physical presence of a child less than 16 years old and domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, according to Indiana state court records. A man is facing an armed assault to murder charge in connection with a stabbing in Worcester late Friday night that left a person hospitalized with serious injuries, officials said.Officers responding to a reported stabbing in the area of 765 Main St. around 9:45 p.m. found a 43-year-old man suffering from stab wounds, according to Worcester police. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance.During a follow-up investigation, police identified a man and woman who may have been involved and distributed their picture across the department.An officer working a detail in the area of Austin and Irving street saw two people who matched the description and took the male into custody, according to police. Toronto police have charged a man with manslaughter in connection with a fatal incident in Roncesvalles.Officers were called to reports of a medical complaint in the Roncesvalles and Boustead Avenues area around 9 a.m. Tuesday.The victim was located in a residence in medical distress. He was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.He had been allegedly struck by an object by “a person riding a bicycle,” according to police.
