LOS ANGELES (AP) — Two days after the PGA Tour and the Saudi Arabia sovereign wealth fund agreed to a partnership that ends all litigation, another lawsuit has been filed against LIV Golf and Phil Mickelson over a logo.Cool Brands Supply, an Argentine lifestyle and skateboard company, filed a trademark infringement lawsuit last Thursday that claims Mickelson’s “HyFlyers” logo used in LIV Golf is a knockoff of their Fallen Footwear logo. Both logos feature a pair of “Fs” facing in opposite directions.Mickelson is the team captain of HyFlyers, which includes Brendan Steele, Cameron Tringale and James Piot. The complain says Fallen Footwear has used the back-to-back Fs for a logo since 2003. It accuses LIV of using the logo on hats, shirts and sweatshirts sold as merchandise.“The similarities between the two marks, particularly when used on clothing, are striking, and are confusing consumers and causing damage to Plaintiff’s senior mark and brand,” Cool Brands Supply argue in the lawsuit...Accustomed to playing with injuries, Panthers prepare for Game 5

LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Florida Panthers took the ice for Monday’s practice without several key players, most notably Matthew Tkachuk. The Panthers also were seemingly without any concern as they prepare for Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final against the Vegas Golden Knights, down 3-1 in the series.“We haven’t been healthy all year,” said Florida forward Anthony Duclair, who left Game 4 briefly, and practiced Monday. “So I mean, to be honest, a lot of people have stepped up in the right moments all season long and done a great job and that’s why we’re here in this position right now.“We’re all very confident, and whoever is playing we know we got a lot of depth on this team, we got a lot of confidence. We showed that in the first round, and I think that’s definitely gonna help us confidence-wise going into tomorrow.”That was the common theme in the Panthers’ locker room after practice, hanging their hats on overcoming a 3-1 series deficit in the opening round against the Presidents’ ...Sinkholes wreak havoc on roads in the Denver metro

PARKER, Colo. (KDVR) — Constant rain is having an impact on streets and roads in the Denver metro area. The holes are so big in some places, drivers are having to find new temporary routes around them.Steady rain continues to fall south of Denver, and the abundance of moisture can be a problem. What is causing the recent sinkholes in Colorado? At one point on Monday, more pea-sized hail was falling in Elbert County. That’s where giant sinkholes have forced County Road 13 to shut down south of Ferns Road.Chris Richardson, Elbert County commissioner for District 1, said it will take an estimated 10-14 days to repair CR 13.“Water flow must first be diverted through the remaining culvert so work can be done safely,” Richardson said.In Elizabeth, rain turned a horse trail into a river. In Littleton, crews were hoping a small sinkhole doesn’t grow. Sinkhole opens on Parker roadIn Parker, hail and fast-moving water turned a usually tranquil gulch into rushing water.
