16-year-old killed, three others wounded in Oakley party shooting OAKLEY — A 16-year-old was shot and killed and three others were wounded outside a house party in Oakley on Saturday night, police Chief Paul Beard said.Officers first arrived at the home on the 400 block of Shannon Way at about 10:45 p.m. to investigate a noise complaint. An 18-year-old woman who lived there told police she was trying to shut down the party, but teens kept showing up. Officers left after she declined their offer to help break up the party, Beard said.About a half hour later, about 20 to 30 young people showed up at the house, witnesses later told police.
